WHAT WILL YOU DO 

25% Building and maintaining a strong relationship with enterprise customers 

25% Launching & evaluating initiatives to increase adoption at customers  

25% Collaboration with the sales team and the development team to achieve a smooth onboarding and expansion of customers 

15% Analyse the metrics of usage and take appropriate actions based on this data 

10% Further develop and improve the customer success journey 

 

Our mission is being the world-wide leader in creating and delivering software development tools for engineers to unlock their real potential. With our platform, we allow Engineers to focus on the complex issues and automate the boring stuff. Our customers use the VIKTOR platform to create and share applications that help them solve complex engineering problem (crane foundations, workability analysis, etc.). As a Customer Success Manager you are in touch with digital leaders, managers, users and developers. Your role is to make sure they are all aligned and have everything they need to make their applications and VIKTOR a success. You are involved in the entire digitization process of our clients: from the identification of new developments to the release and usage of applications. Your advices have a big impact on the work of our customers and on the engineering industry.  

You work together with sales, application development and marketing. Together you form a multidisciplinary team that works together to have the biggest possible impact. 

We are in a very interesting period of scaling up and internationalization. So you can really have a big contribution to the company and help with the further design of the Customer Success process. 


YOUR PROFILE

  • You easily connect with people at all levels in an organisation  

  • You are customer-oriented and see commercial opportunities, both in the short and long term 

  • You have affinity with software, digitization and engineering automation and are eager to advise companies on these topics 

  • You are able to analyse metrics of usage and have a data-driven and process-oriented approach towards improvements 

  • Experience with enterprise customers is an advantage, as is experience within a SaaS environment 

  • An engineering background so you can quickly understand our customers and think along with them, is a plus 

  • You speak and write English fluently, Dutch is a nice to have
