WHAT WILL YOU DO 

35% Onboard new customers and manage Executive Business Reviews, success plans and account plans

25% Track and improve customer health metrics, aiming to enhance retention and identify upsell opportunities

20% Conduct renewals, minimize churn, and drive upsell efforts

10% Report on performance, conduct portfolio reviews, and maintain CRM data integrity (e.g., HubSpot

10% Capture and share customer insights for product, sales, and marketing, while optimizing CSM processes and organizing engagement events like webinars and trade shows

Drive customer success by empowering users to maximize VIKTOR's platform, fostering adoption, long-term partnerships, and business growth through onboarding, account management, renewals, advocacy, and optimizing customer lifecycle processes.

As a Change manager consultant, you’ll work closely with digital leaders, managers, users, and developers within these organizations, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives and supporting their long-term goals. You’ll be involved in every step of their digitization journey, offering impactful recommendations that drive innovation across the engineering industry. 

The main KPIs for a Change management consultant focus on driving portfolio growth, enhancing customer health metrics, fostering brand advocacy through case studies and referrals, and ensuring efficient account management. In this role, you’ll maintain strong internal collaboration with our team of Customer Success Specialists—engineers with deep technical expertise in the product—who handle the technical and functional aspects, allowing you to focus on relationship management and the commercial strategy. Together with sales, consultancy and marketing, you’ll form a multidisciplinary team focused on maximizing impact for each enterprise account. 

YOUR PROFILE

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in one of the following roles: business- or management consulting, strategic or key account management

- Experienced in construction, engineering, or other technical industries is highly valued; otherwise, strong interest in these areas is essential

- You effortlessly connect with people at all organizational levels

- You’re adept at analyzing usage metrics, with a data-driven, process-oriented mindset

- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
