WHAT WILL YOU DO
25% Building and maintaining a strong relationship with (enterprise) customers
25% Evaluations with customers and launching initiatives for further adoption
25% Collaboration with the sales team and the development team to achieve a smooth onboarding and expansion of customers
15% Analyse the metrics of usage and take appropriate actions based on this data
10% Further develop and improve the customer success journey

Customers, including enterprise leaders like KBR, Arcadis, and WSP, use VIKTOR to develop applications for advanced engineering solutions, from crane foundation designs to workability analysis.
Drive customer success by empowering users to maximize VIKTOR's platform, fostering adoption, long-term partnerships, and business growth through onboarding, account management, renewals, advocacy, and optimizing customer lifecycle processes.
As a Customer success manager, you’ll work closely with digital leaders, managers, users, and developers within these organizations, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives and supporting their long-term goals. You’ll be involved in every step of their digitization journey, offering impactful recommendations that drive innovation across the engineering industry.
The main KPIs for a Customer success manager focus on driving portfolio growth, enhancing customer health metrics, fostering brand advocacy through case studies and referrals, and ensuring efficient account management. In this role, you’ll maintain strong internal collaboration with our team of Customer Success Specialists—engineers with deep technical expertise in the product—who handle the technical and functional aspects, allowing you to focus on relationship management and the commercial strategy. Together with sales, consultancy and marketing, you’ll form a multidisciplinary team focused on maximizing impact for each enterprise account.
YOUR PROFILE

You easily connect with different people at all levels, people like to talk to you

You are customer-oriented and see commercial opportunities, both in the short and long term

You have affinity with software, digitization and engineering automation and are eager to advise companies on these topics

You are able to analyse metrics of usage and have a data-driven approach towards improvements

At least 4 years of relevant experience where you have worked with land and expand, and full commercial responsibility, including managing large renewals and upsells in SaaS companies

Experienced in construction, engineering, or other technical industries is highly valued; otherwise, strong interest in these areas is essential

Fluent in English; Dutch is a big plus
